Who Wore It Better? Chloe Crystal Cap Sleeve Mini Dress
It boggles my mind when one girl spends an exorbitant amount of money on a ho-um dress. Then, two girls wear the aforementioned dress and it just makes me throw my hands up in the air and pray to the fashion gods. Such is the case with this Chloe crystal mini dress. It looks like a volcano exploded and dispersed blobs of crystals all around, expensive crystals. It's not my taste, but obviously Hilary Duff's and model Jacquetta Wheeler's.
