At New York Fashion Week, Carmen Electra wore Diane von Furstenberg's turquoise and black Rosario dress. Last night, Paris Hilton was spotted in NYC wearing the same dress. Obviously both girls give the frock their own unique flair. Carmen went for a more sexy look with her peep-toe, black and gold pumps and a chunky necklace. Paris opted for funky with houndstooth tights and a leather jacket, but it's not surprising given her latest tight-happy streak. Who do you think wore it better?

Carmen! she looks great in a lot of things most can't wear. Paris would have lookd good if she didn't wear those tights. Hounds tooth and two tone outfit dress is too much imo

Paris' tights are atrocious! They ruin the whole outfit. A different pair would have worked well, but not those.

I chose Carmen mainly because Paris's dress doesn't fit right! The bottom is not supposed to be tight. Oh and the accessories suck, of course.

I saw that Cameron definalty wore the dress than Paris did!!! Paris just looked really stupid with the pantyhose that she was wearing the dress.
