Who Wore It Better? Electric Blue Jeans

Have you all warmed up to bright bottoms yet? Obviously the celeb set has. These two blondies have had a visit from the electric blue jean genie. We saw the Ksubi ones on Ashlee Simpson not too long ago and here is Posh in a similar combo. I have to say I hope the next electric blue jean sighting consists of the pairing with a color other than black; I think electric blue looks awesome with white and heather grey as well. As far as these two looks go, I'm thinking Ashlee wore them better. I really don't like VB's chunky belt, and the sporty jacket is too 80s with the bright jeans. Ashlee's top is more flowy and modern. What do you all think?
