Who Wore It Better? Luella Floral Mini Dress

Luella's lighthearted frocks are spreading joy everywhere these days. Kelly Osbourne wore the designer's floral mini dress to the South Bank Show Awards with black opaque tights and red earrings. Kimberly Stewart wore the same dress to the opening of H&M on Regent Street in London with a tied blue cardigan and black tights. Both ladies look hip, but who wins your heart?

I agree with lizlee..Kim has no curves so...but I like that she's wearing open toe shoes with tights, at least that's sexy

love this dress, and I love Kelly in it, although I wish she had picked a brighter red shoe. but, I think this dress demands curves, and Kim has none. well done Kelly!

Kelly, definetly. This is a dress made to show off curves. The neckline is gorgeous on her, very flattering. And while the pattern is a bit dizzy and I personally wouldn't wear it myself, it works with Kelly's dark hair. Whereas I do not think it flatters Kim's figure and coloring at all.
