Who Wore It Better? Narciso Rodriguez Lavender Tie Dress

Lavender is such a pretty color; it's a wonder that more celebs don't wear it. Chloë Sevigny knows what's up. . . . she chose a lavender Narciso Rodriguez tie dress for the premiere of The Diving Bell and the Butterfly back in November. PYT Amanda Bynes wore the same dress to the 2008 Critics' Choice Awards last night. Both have a slick black clutch, but Chloë opted for messy hair and bright red lips.

Amanda Bynes for sure. I love Chloe on screen but I hate her fashion sense! She never looks polished....ever....

I don't like Chloe Sevigny, I don't get what the big deal is about her. In this case, I really don't like her lipstick with this dress and I don't like her hair either. I think a more polished, neutral look is the way to go here and Amanda did a better job.

Amanda looks amazing! Absolutely love the color on her and like a lot of people mentioned she looks polished and well put together! This Chloe girl looks awful....like she usually does! I don't find her to be the least bit attractive!

Amanda totally. To tell you the truth I actually hate Chloe. I hate her style and she's not even that pretty. Sorry for everyone out there that loves her. But it's just my opinion.

I've been disappointed with Amanda for the past couple of years; she's so naturally adorable but her highlights, tan, and what seems like unnecessary amounts of makeup are just too much for me. I just can't see past any of that and, for that reason, I haven't liked the way she's looked on any red carpet lately.
