Nicky Hilton, along with sis Paris, strolled along the beach in Hawaii wearing an easy breezy navy multicolor stripe dress by Nikka ($350) back in December. Hilary Duff opted to take her dress to the streets of LA. Which look do you prefer — beach babe or street chic?

It's a beachy dress IMO. But maybe it looks so good on Nicky because it's next to that nasty thing that Paris is wearing.
