Who Wore It Better? Nina Ricci Metallic Gown

Mirror, mirror, on the wall. Who's the fairest of them all? You all loved SJP in this fabulous Nina Ricci creation at the movie premiere last night, but what are your thoughts on Lindsay Lohan wearing the same gown in a photoshoot for Harper's Bazaar? SJP kept her look glam accessorizing with a matching cuff and layered chains while Lindsay opted to pair the frock with a casual, fitted leather jacket. They both look like fairy-tale princesses but who wore it better?

The jacket kills this dress, imho. I love the dress itself. It really sits on the figure nicely. Both women could work it beautifully, but on Lindsay, the jacket conceals the only fitted portion of the dress. From behind, she would look like a tiny square blot of black leather and a sea of grey. Sometimes classic shapes should be left classic.

It's a matter of class, posture, grace, great silhouette and wearing the dress instead of it wearing you. So SJP most definitely, no doubt, absof*ckinglutely as Mr Big would say ;-)

SJP of course, she really lets that amazing dress shine in all of its glory. Lindsay didn't style herself, it's for a shoot and out of context the hair/jacket/dress combo just looks confusing.

Lindsay all the way. I love her hair (the bouffant and loose curls combo is a huge trend here) and the leather jacket gives it a fun edge. I'm not crazy about HER but she's rockin' the look. SJP looks like a mannequin.

It's hard to choose. SJP looks like a stardust on the runway; while Lindsay looks like a glammed rock star.

I'd never thought I'd pick Lindsay over Sarah...the metallic princess type gown just looks more age appropriate on Lindsay and the leather jacket really works with dress.

I think it's interesting that they can both wear it and both look age appropriate in it. LL kinda Priscilla Presly and SJP looking tres elegante. SJP wins tho!!!

SJP! I feel the leather jacket was suuch a mistake; its casual look absolutely ruins the feel of a beautiful gown!

Lohan's jacket hits right before the widest part of her body, thus hiding the cinched-in waist. Makes her look 15 pounds heavier and HIDES THE DRESS! I love this dress, the silhouette is incredible and should not be hidden.
