Who Wore It Better? Pink Chanel Dress

What does one wear to a Karl Lagerfeld dinner party in Paris? Why, a fabulous Chanel frock. That's exactly what Rachel Bilson did with her bright pink Chanel dress back in October. Designer Tory Burch seemed to also fancy the sarong-like dress, so she wore with Proenza Schouler shoes to another Chanel event: the Nuit de Diamants at The Plaza in NYC. Both are pretty in pink, but which one appeals to the girlie girl in you?

Rachel accessorises it better than Tory. But, it's not a great picture of Rachel. She needs to take her hands out of her pockets. There shouldn't even BE pockets on that dress.

They are both a bit too petite for this style...to much fabric at their shoulders. Lovely despite this. Charlize or Angie J have the stature for this dress...tho neither would probaably wear it.

This dress looks so much better on Rachel, she really just let the dress stand out on its own, unlike Tory did by adding that clutch.

I would usually say Rachel Bilson, because that girl can do no wrong in my book, but this time I have to go with Tory Burch. Rachel still looks cute, but the dress just fits Tory better, and because of that I think she looks more comfortable. That adorable clutch helps the look too.

I don't mind Tory's shoes and of course the peep toes and great and safe on Bilson. I like the dress, on them they seem to need a thick chucky black belt. I think I would rather see this on a taller girl though.
