Who Wore It Better? Pink Polka Dot Alice + Olivia Dress

It's teen week here at Fab, so get ready for bubblegum curls and polka dot Alice + Olivia dresses. This little number was worn by teeny boppers Miley Cyrus, at MTV's TRL, and Monique Coleman, at the Teen Choice Awards preparty. Funny how both girls wore fuchsia shoes with the bubble hem dress. My vote goes to Monique because she shows off the delicate neckline better; Miley's hair is distracting. Who looks cutest to you?

Miley Cyrus looks sooo much better. it looks too short on Monique. I love MIley's shoes too. I love Miley Cyrus!!!

I voted Miley. Her shoes go very well with the dress and her long curly hair does a great job covering up that halter strap. The dress looks better without the straps because the halter part actually looks kind of weird in person. Overall, the dress looks too small on Monique..

I picked Monique. I love her hair with the dress, and plus I love how her darker skin tone makes the dress stand out.

I think that bubble dresses make people more fat and short. I don´t like them and I think that the dress doesn´t fit monique neither miley.

I cannot stand bubble hems. Bubble prints ON bubble hems is bubble overkill. It looks like an IKEA bedsheet.

It looks cute on both but I picked Monique because she shows off the dress better and I actually think the shorter length looks better. But I don't like the fuschia shoes the girls picked. Also don't like Monique's pink nailpolish and that fuschia band around Miley's wrist.

Not a fan of the dress, but I picked Miley because Moniques looks too small on her. It's too short and the waist is too high.

@ annbreal monique is in her mid 20's, i think she is like 25, i know she just looks young anyways i voted miley, dont know i think i like her shoes better!!!
