Who Wore It Better? Strapless Metallic Monique Lhuillier Dress

Times are A-changin' when a reality starlet and a movie star are wearing the same dress. Kristin Cavallari wore Monique Lhuiller's gorgeous strapless metallic dress to the 2008 MuchMusic Awards in Canada, while Jada Pinkett Smith wore it to the Women in Film + Lucy Awards last night. As you can see, each chose to accessorize with a unique belt. Kristen's is a bit more ethnic, while Jada's features a classic gold bow. As for footwear, Kristen dressed her feet in sandals, while Jada wore patent pumps. Whose metallic number outshines the other?

Kristin looks like she's wearing a binliner! At least Jada looks like she's wearing a dress, but tbh, she doesn't look all that great in it either. And neither of the belts look nice! Neither.

I think this is a bad picture of Jada, which really throws off the whole look she has going on. So...my vote goes to laguna beach..what's her name..

I think the dress is pretty hideous, but I do think it looks better on Jada.

Both are fine, but it fits Kristin perfectly. The top of Jada's chest looks a little awkward and not elegant enough for the look she was going for.

Neither--I like Kristin's belt in general but not sure about it in combo with the dress, plus I hate her shoes because they look cheapy. Overall, I prefer the way Jada put herself together but the off-center belt and the bad photo are throwing me off.

Kristen looks much better. Her belt meshes with the dress better than Jada's and there is something funky goin on with J's hair in the picture - the swooped bang is crazy out of control and I think it is just a bad pic of her - ahh well can't win'em all.
