Absolutely! You never know what you'll find in a messy, intimidating sales rack if you just take the time to look!
I totally search through all those sale racks. I think that's why I always shop alone, no one else I know has the patience.
I'm a person who loves to go thrift shopping and I must say, if you are persistent enough you can find some great vintage items and designers clothes for waaay cheap. My god mom actually makes a pretty good amount selling vintage items she found in thrift stores on ebay.

i can't stand sales- everyone reaching for one item, and as soon as it goes into the sale the display is horrendous and about 3x as many clothes crammed into a smaller rack!
Internet shopping is great for sales stuff- you see things full price and keep an eye out online for them to get discounted!!x

I prefer to do that, actually. Goodwill clearance centers, thrift stores, swap meets...

at this day and age with my freakishly dwindling cashflow (because i also need to eat, get around the city, and remain healthy), i've got to look for bargains. it's also really awesome to find a great item for super cheap.
I wish I was more of a bargain hunter and had the patience to search through racks of clothes, but I'm not.
Most of the time! If I need something specific in a hurry, though, I definitely don't have the patience too. But on a normal shopping trip, I love to find bargains :)
i think that there are a lot of times that i'm willing to put in the extra effort to find a GREAT deal, and sometimes that i'm just too impatient to do the leg work.
hell yes, I do it all the time. I'd skip depending on how bad the racks look but for the most part I'm all about the hunt :D
