I went crazy for Balmain's Fall collection and I'm so thrilled to see Carine Roitfeld and daughter Julia showing major love to the house. And the house showing major love to them! On her own, Carine is amazing, but with her daughter by her side, they're an unstoppable fashion pair. Are you as in love as I am?

Put the red dress on the daughter! ...would have been fab, I think. Dress mom in the daughter's black frock, but in a LONGER length, like a sheath with a slit leg......she has a nice line across her arms and shoulders and she is in shape enough to carry it off. Oh...and tone down her shoes. Mom's face is a bit..uh..intense. She scares me. :(

I love the black but hate the red. The lady in red has hideous age spots on her forehead and really needs to learn to stay out of the sun. Gross.

her daughter looks cute but Carine is way too OLD to be wearing that stuff! I don't care how fashionable it is (which it isn't that dress shows way too much)...when you look like you're in your 50s and you ARE in your 50s, you shouldn't be wearing that high of a slit!

Carine's brows are too dark for her hair color and it is making her look a little crazy... I think the daughter should have gone with the bolder print and the mother in the black (although not a dress that short)
