Brad Pitt appeared to be in good spirits as he arrived at Paramount Studios in LA today. It has likely been an emotional couple of days for the actor and his family, as news of his fiancé Angelina Jolie's preventative double mastectomy was revealed earlier this week. Angelina's heartfelt and honest op-ed for the New York Times was published on Tuesday, and she spoke candidly about her decision to undergo the procedure after learning that she was at high risk for developing breast and ovarian cancers. Angelina will also reportedly be planning to have her ovaries removed as well.

Shortly after Angelina's article was published, Brad released his own touching statement to a UK newspaper, and spoke to USA Today about Angelina's brave and empowering decision, saying that "she could have stayed absolutely private about it and I don't think anyone would have been none the wiser with such good results. But it was really important to her to share the story and that others would understand it doesn't have to be a scary thing. In fact, it can be an empowering thing, and something that makes you stronger and us stronger."

Brad will also be back in the spotlight soon when he steps out to start promoting World War Z ahead of its June 21 release.

Alessandra Ambrosio made the most of the warm LA weather while running errands with her daughter, Anja Mazur, on Monday. The model mom showed off her legs in a pair of printed shorts as 4-year-old Anja did some showing off as well, smiling and posing for the cameras. Alessandra is likely excited to be reunited with her adorable mini me after wrapping up some business in Dallas, TX, over the weekend. Target announced today that it is collaborating with designer Phillip Lim on an exclusive Fall 2013 collection, slated to hit Target stores on Sept. 15. The range will feature over 100 items for both men and women, including apparel, shoes, bags, and travel accessories — all priced between $20-$300. We can also expect the collection to be rooted in a classic autumnal palette, and collaboration line aside, the designer will stick to his signature modern, sophisticated aesthetic. Phillip Lim explained that he's been "intrigued by the idea of a design evolution" since an early age, and is excited at the prospect of creating a collection "that would inspire — one that is cool and chic, but still very accessible." Does that mean we'll see a Pashli look-alike?
