This is the ultimate beach read. I have already read Valley of the Dolls but that was a couple of years ago and it's totally re-read worthy. Pucci-clad Jacqueline Susann's pop-culture classic, if you haven't already delved into the tumultuous lives of Anne, Neely, and Jennifer, add this book to your wishlist pronto. I don't want to give anything away, but between the parties, emotional dependencies, steamy romance scenes, and show biz tribulations, VOTD is a fantastic beach read.
