Since it's apparently one of the top online shopping destinations in France, I thought I'd check out La Redoute. After an hour of browsing, I left the site with almost $200 worth of purchases! Check out what I bought and see what you think.

This Rene Derhy Sweater & Shirt Duo was just $39.99. Great price for two pieces of clothing AND already matched! What more could you ask for?

Flip Flops For Your Final Fling

I actually live in flip flops year round, but even if you don't, you are still going to need a pair for your final weekend of Summer, which is coming up faster than you want to believe.

I actually live in flip flops year round, but even if you don't, you are still going to need a pair for your final weekend of Summer, which is coming up faster than you want to believe.

Here are a few for you to consider:

You really can't go wrong with a pair of Reefs. I have two pairs, both of which I have had since college. They have been literally everywhere with me over the past 10 years and they are good as new. Well, maybe not brand-new, but you get the idea. You can buy them here for $19.95

Hot Product: LipFushion Color Shine

This LipFusion color shine lip plumper has been literally flying off the shelf.

This LipFusion color shine lip plumper has been literally flying off the shelf. According to my friends at Sephora, they can barely keep it in stock. I must admit, I am not actually a huge fan of lip plumpers because they actually sting my lips, but this one has gotten such rave reviews, that I had to tell you guys about it.

Also, it has just been awarded the Good Housekeeping Seal, so that's good.

According to the Sephora website:

The next generation of lip pumpers has arrived. LipFusion is moisturizing treatment gloss infused with revolutionary technology to plump lips instantly -- no kidding.

How it works: Tiny, dehydrated, marine collagen micro spheres are instantly absorbed by the lips, and seek out the body's natural moisture. As soon as the spheres become re-hydrated, they plump and hold onto the moisture they've collected, creating a mild 'swelling' of the lip tissue. The result is fuller, smoother, perfectly plumped lips in seconds. Results can last for up to 48 hours.

It comes in 13 different colors, including clear and is available for $38 at Sephora.

Lipstick

Pairs of Purple Lipsticks & Glosses

Purple is back with a vengeance!

Purple is back with a vengeance! I love the way tanned skin and a lavender lip look together. It can be soft and sweet with a touch of pink on your cheeks and nothing on your eyes but mascara - or it can be sexy and seductive with contoured cheekbones and a dark cat eye lash line and falsies. Here are three of my favorite FABulous and fierce purple pouts:

Combo #1

Benefit's The Gloss in Kiss Me is a sheer fuchsia color that perfectly compliments a purple lipstick. Buy it here for $14.

Pair it with Benefit's Shang-ri-la Sheer Lipstick in Picked Up In Paradise. If you hurry, you can bid on it and save. The current offer on e-bay is for $8.99

Patent Leather + Stacked Heel = Love!

We've already given you some great suggestions on Mary Janes for fall and a long list of hot patent leather shoes, but I came across these beautiful patent leather stacked heel shoes this morning and fell in love, so I just had to post them.

We've already given you some great suggestions on Mary Janes for fall and a long list of hot patent leather shoes, but I came across these beautiful patent leather stacked heel shoes this morning and fell in love, so I just had to post them.

Check out these Christian Louboutin stacked heel Mary Janes at Neiman Marcus for $710.

And these gorge Chloe patent leather oxfords at Neiman Marcus for $650.

If the $710 isn't quite in your budget, I will be holding a planning session to break into Christina Aguilera's closet to steal her shoes later this week. If you're in, let me know.

Olfactory 80's: Our Top 5 Fave Vintage Scents

Since this summer has been all about revisiting the 80's; i.e.

Since this summer has been all about revisiting the 80's; i.e. purple, super wide belts, leggings and over sized clothing and glasses - why not complete your ensemble with the best of the best vintage scents from our favorite era. Be aware of the reaction you are bound to stir when those who catch a whiff want to take you for a stroll down memory lane...

Calyx Perfume by Prescriptives, 1986 is a light and fruity scent. Made from guava, papaya, passion fruit, jasmine and marigold, I recommend wearing this in the spring and summertime. buy it here . $26.89 for .5oz and $46.89 for 1.7 oz

Paris by Yves Saint Laurent, 1983 I recommend for evening wear. Blended out of mimosa, orange flower, rose, moss, sandalwood, and amber, this perfume reeks of sexiness. Buy it here $45.95 for 4.2 oz and $28.45 for 1.6 oz

Ahhh, remember Cristalle by Chanel, 1974 (Always a little before it's time) It's virtually sold out everywhere now, but you can buy it here $43 for 1.7 and $80 for 3.4 oz. This old school scent is made from sparkling lemon, water hyacinth, honeysuckle and vetiver.

Eyeshadow 101

Eyeshadow 101 Cont'd: Brown Eyed Girls

Welcome back to the final installment of Eyeshadow 101: Brown Eyed Girls.

Welcome back to the final installment of Eyeshadow 101: Brown Eyed Girls. The first lesson was all about purple shadows for hazel/green eyes and the second lesson covered The Best Hues For Your Baby Blues. This final installment is about choosing the best shades of eyeshadow for our chocolicious brown eyed babes.

Let's do a quick recap (I know, it's old by now for you devoted readers) for those of you who are new readers:

The goal of wearing eye make-up is to enhance/bring attention to your eyes. I've taught you, that the rule of thumb is to wear the opposite color eye shadow of your eyes on the color wheel so that your eyes really stand out (or POP as they say in the make-up world). But, brown isn't all that clearly defined on the color wheel so I called in the help of some of my FABulous make up counter experts who say (and I agree), that the best eyeshadow shade for brown eyes are bronzes and greens.

This is super exciting, because as we are well aware by now, metallics are all the rage. Here are my pics for bronze and shimmery deep brown colors for brown eyes. And FYI - these colors can be simple to use alone. Just apply them to the lid and crease.

Stila Eye Shadow in Twig which you can buy here for $14, and

Lancome Color Design Eye Shadow in Click which you can buy here for $14.50
