Earlier today I asked you all to go Fab Finding for a networking happy hour outfit. I stumbled upon this casual interview outfit posted by aembry396 and thought it would be great to share. We receive a lot of inquires about work wear so I thought this was a fab example of a casual interview outfit. She wore this for a summer interview for a volunteer position at a nonprofit organization and I think it's very fitting.

New from MAC, is their most fabulous lipglass addition, called Couture Lipglass, $20.00. This super sheer, extraordinary lip shine leaves your lips feeling soft and cushioned. It's not nearly as sticky as the original lipglass and has more of a smooth look to it.

Recently, I went to a career networking happy hour, and I had wardrobe issues when picking out my outfit the night before. I wanted to wear something interesting, comfortable, and of course, fashionable - but not overly trendy. It was a media networking event, and in San Francisco so I didn't have to dress up very much. Regardless, it was a hard decision! I ended up wearing this outfit with a cute pinstripe jacket to make it a tad more professional. I felt pretty good about it, but my Marc by Marc Jacobs shoes were hurting me by the end of the night. Seeing as how a lot of standing and talking is required at such an event, my shoe choice was not the best. I'm going to start you off with this Mint Shadow Floral Tank, on sale for $169.40 (originally $242).

Big bang baby! Bangs are back! Just look at these delicate bangs at the Spring 2007 Marchesa show. This was the first show for these fancy shmancy designers and I must say, their evening dresses were gorgeous...all 26 of them!

The concept for the show was "Paparazzi Ready." The girls looked glam in their super short or super long dresses, soft and sweet looking makeup and their hair swept back in an updated ballet bun with bangs! Here is one PYT (pretty young thing) making her mark on the world of fashion. And I mean world. Brazilian designer Ana Beatriz Lerario arrived in New York knowing she wanted to open a store. After taking classes at Parsons and The Fashion Institute of Technology she landed an internship at Marc Jacobs - lucky much? She worked there for four years and as she dreamed, opened a store called Fiftytwo Showroom where she exhibits fellow designers like Reyes and Richard Chai.

She launched her own collection, Lerario Beatriz, in August 2005. It is characterized by simple designs embellished by exquisite and unique detailing including dresses adorned with handmade buttons and precious craftiwork. With this approach she creates ready-to-wear clothing with couture touches that is both approachable and consummately wearable. All the pieces are produced in Brazil and Lerario claims "the look is somewhere between romantic and edgy."
