Recently, I went to a career networking happy hour, and I had wardrobe issues when picking out my outfit the night before. I wanted to wear something interesting, comfortable, and of course, fashionable - but not overly trendy. This is the sort of function that's hard to dress for so let's see what you all recommended!

Milk still does a body good, if you ask me. The online store of this one-year-old West Hollywood boutique, is fun and colorful, with a funky collage on its welcoming home page. This shop leans towards retro-inspired clothes from such lines as Christopher Deane, Diane von Furstenberg, Luella and Sue Stemp. They also carry beauty, lingerie, swimwear, mens - AKA milkman, books, kids tees and gift items. As well, their 'coming soon' and 'must-haves' sections help you to create a mental wish list. One thing the site is missing is a list by designer - phooey! Also, they score more points with cute tops and dresses, while bottoms and shoes are eh. But right now, they have an immense sale section. Here is my mental wish list:

Last week we did a Celebrity Style: Kate Moss, and no one does chic street like this supreme style icon. I was pleasantly surprised to see one of you take a stab at her cool look. Check out Retro Bunny's Kate Moss, the real way interpretation. I think she looks cool and nonchalant - just like Ms. Moss. She is today's Look Book Look of the Day!

It has been a long time since I have seen something so bold, so much, so shiny, as the attack of the silver handbag. I am perplexed by the myriad of handbag options in this in-your-face color. I mean really, how wearable is a big, bold silver metallic bag? So maybe tasteless heiress Paris Hilton can sport one, but can the soccer mom (no offense)? And these aren't the only ones. I have also spotted new silver bags by Furla, Michael Kors, Tod's, Bally and Lambertson Truex. So take cover - we are under attack!
