Fab Finding Follow Up: Twenty Year High School Reunion

Twenty years! A fellow Fab reader's high school reunion snuck up on her and now she doesn't know what to wear.

Twenty years! A fellow Fab reader's high school reunion snuck up on her and now she doesn't know what to wear. It's scheduled for a Saturday night at a local restaurant, so it is not too formal, she says. She would rather be underdressed than over, as she doesn't want to look like she's trying too hard. However, she still wants to look effortlessly chic!

I started you off with this Franchi 'Yasmine Shine' Clutch, $218, because it is understatedly chic. To see all the twenty year reunion Fab Finds, go here.

Let's see what you all came up with!

Oh! Now, you can build outfits by creating a list of clothing items. We have everything you need to build outfits with and you can use your Fab Find bookmarks too. This is an even better way to put together an entire outfit when you are completing your Fab Finding missions.

Look #1, created by fashionhore is understatedly Fab. The color scheme keeps the outfit from saying "Look at me!" but the individual pieces definitely have flair.

Trend Alert: In the Trenches

One piece of outerwear you will find in every fashion professional's closet is a trench.

One piece of outerwear you will find in every fashion professional's closet is a trench. The trench has been around for ions — and is functional fashion at its best. First created by Thomas Burberry for the British army officers in World War I, the garment kept the troops warm and dry in the trenches. This coat continues to serve people well in the trenches, with it's ability to be both glamorous and serviceable. With so many incarnations throughout time, most notably by Yves Saint Laurent and Jean Paul Gaultier, the design has barely changed. If you don't have a Fab trench by now, now is the time to take the plunge.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art has chosen "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy" as the theme of its Spring exhibit.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art has chosen "Superheroes: Fashion and Fantasy" as the theme of its Spring exhibit. The museum plans to explore the superhero's iconic costume of cape, mask, and bodysuit as it has appeared in fashion. The exhibit, which is co-chaired by Giorgio Armani, George Clooney, Julia Roberts, and Vogue editor Anna Wintour, will run from May 7 to September 1, and the accompanying gala, known as the Oscars of the fashion industry, will be hosted on May 5.

Approximately 70 ensembles will be featured, from high-performance sportswear and iconic movie costumes to avant-garde couture looks spanning the decades, all inspired by Catwoman, Wonder Woman, the X-Men, and more. Designers represented include everyone from Balenciaga, Armani, and Alexander McQueen to Jeremy Scott, Pierre Cardin, and Nike.

Celebrity Style: Amanda Bynes

The Hollywood Film Festival brought out a gaggle of famous stars last night.

The Hollywood Film Festival brought out a gaggle of famous stars last night. Actress Amanda Bynes stood out because of her youthful, slick style. Her Alice & Olivia tunic dress has just the right amount of sequins to make her shine but not blind the cameras. And need I even comment about those fringe Loubs? I think not; they leave me speechless!

The Look For Less: Heidi Klum Collection Clover Necklace

In case all the clover jewelry Heidi Klum has been wearing lately didn't give it away, the supermodel has a year-old bling collection called Heidi Klum Collection.

In case all the clover jewelry Heidi Klum has been wearing lately didn't give it away, the supermodel has a year-old bling collection called Heidi Klum Collection. The clover necklace she wore to the jewelry presentation in Berlin in September is beautiful and sort of resembles the most expensive clovers of all: Van Cleef & Arpels designs. It would be nice to mimic Heidi, only we don't have her salary.

Ready or not, here Halloween comes!

Ready or not, here Halloween comes! My costume is almost complete — I'm still on the hunt for pink gloves and a wooden finger — who can guess who I'm going to be?! I thought it would be fun to share costumes of Halloween past in the Look Book. I have uploaded some of my faves over the years for you to chuckle at. There's Fab Barbarella on the left, a trio of sassy sailor girls in the middle, and none other than Betty Boop far right. I usually sex it up on Halloween but this year I'm going for a cooler, more demure character. Please upload your proudest Halloween costumes to the Look Book and if I feature you on Fab you'll get a special Halloween treat.

Help Halloween-ify the Look Book by submitting your past costumes and I might feature you on FabSugar!
