When getting ready for a fabulous soiree, you have important questions running through your mind like "Do I look pretty"? and "Does this Nicole Miller Silk Strapless Bubble Dress ($290) make me look fat"? Carrie's Breezy Military-Inspired Look: Love It or Hate It?

One thing about the upcoming Sex and the City movie is for sure: Carrie hasn't lost her strut.

One thing about the upcoming Sex and the City movie is for sure: Carrie hasn't lost her strut. How many times have we seen her dash and dodge through the streets of New York in the highest of heels? Not enough if you ask me. While some of the SATC looks are debatable, this one is a Fab favorite. But, I was wondering if you agree.

The color combination is muted, but the angular cuts of the pleated skirt and plunging vest deliver drama. She's got a Fab hat in her hand — all very Proenza Schouler Spring '08 — and I can't wait to actually see it on her head. And those nautical striped heels? To die. Have I convinced you to love?

Fab Redux: Posh Pumpkin

What a ripe pumpkin color this dress has — imagine it in a sea of Fall drab and drabber — how it will pop!

What a ripe pumpkin color this dress has — imagine it in a sea of Fall drab and drabber — how it will pop! Speaking of popping, the collar looks Fab turned up. Between the ultrasuede fabric and the all-American cut, this 70's shirtdress ($72) hollers Halston, in a very good way.

If you're a size medium, this is your golden opportunity.

Party On Party Dresses: Lustworthy LBDs

Lauren Conrad is the queen of Little Black Dresses.

Lauren Conrad is the queen of Little Black Dresses. She wears them often and she wears them well. LBDs are tricky because if the silhouette is uninteresting, or unflattering, your look can turn out quite trite. That is unless you pile on colorful accessories: fuchsia shoes, a metallic belt, a satin clutch.

Any girl can pull off a Lustworthy LBD, whether you're shy, sassy or craving attention. A dash of red lipstick and you'll be the siren all the boys will want to smooch at midnight.

Model of the week Lydia Hearst has teamed up with Heatherette designers Traver Rains and Richie Rich to design a collection of handbags for sportswear brand Puma.

The 10 limited-edition Puma Lydia bags, around $100, are inspired by the French 77 Racket Bag. On Tuesday, Lydia (left) proudly modeled two of her bags at a press brunch in NYC. They're patent, sporty, but would you be caught with one at the gym?

Celebrity Style: Zooey Deschanel

Zooey Deschanel was a hot lady in red last night at the LA premiere of her new miniseries, Tin Man.

Zooey Deschanel was a hot lady in red last night at the LA premiere of her new miniseries, Tin Man. The actress is usually non-mainstream in her fashion decisions, so it's fun to see her delving into sexy territories with her plunging red Zac Posen dress and Daniel Swarovski clutch. The burgundy pumps aren't my favorite, so I put her in something more dazzling.

Fab Flash: Kirsten Dunst, Miu Miu Campaign Star

Following in a long line of PYTs — think Lindsay Lohan, Selma Blair, and Maggie Gyllenhaal — Kirsten Dunst is set to be the face of Miu Miu's Spring campaign.

Following in a long line of PYTs — think Lindsay Lohan, Selma Blair, and Maggie Gyllenhaal — Kirsten Dunst is set to be the face of Miu Miu's Spring campaign. She posed for the images in LA last week, shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott. I think her off-kilter, youthful style is the perfect match for Prada's younger sis.

Meanwhile, it appears Kirsten is not the only celeb to front a major fashion campaign for Spring: Rumors have reached a fever pitch about Victoria Beckham starring in the Marc Jacobs campaign. Could it be? We'll just have to wait and see...
