When I woke up this morning and saw this brilliant rainbow band-aid dress I seriously experienced heart palpitations. Needless to say, I was able to skip my morning cup of Earl Grey (I'm so hard core). Do you know who this dress is? I would bet my first pair of Chanel sunglasses it is vintage Herve Leger. The man who created bright and tight couture dresses that fit like a glove; it's no surprise his hey day was when supermodels ruled the world. I could not find this dress to buy, because it may be a one or three-of-a-kind, but I was inspired. Just when I was beginning to get a little bored of sequin and strapless dresses, Lindsay saved my day! Brava.

Lanvin has such a rich history and it amazingly keeps reinventing itself. This Metallic Kentucky Tote, $2,175, is immaculate. The soft leather and warm metallic hue is so refreshing next to some of the more masculine and gaudy handbags out there right now. Best of all, it will be great for Spring, Summer and Fall, because, as you recall, small metallic purses are here to stay. Plus, the top half sort of reminds me of the Hermes Birkin, and anything that resembles a Birkin is a sign of a bag to have in my book.

Looks like Sophia has jumped on the sequin train! I don't blame her - it's way fun. However, she is at a Maxim party so I feel her accessories fall flat. I know the dress has a lot of pizazz, but that doesn't mean her shoes and purse have to be drab. I hope you have been enjoying our O.C. wardrobe tribute posts! Alas, all good things come to an end, as did The O.C. after a mere four seasons. Now I have to admit I totally lost interest after Marissa died in Season 3. Therefore I can't deliver a recap of the final season, but someone in another Sugar pod can! I did tune in a few times, but I just wasn't feeling it anymore. Did you all feel the same way?
