I don't know about you, but lint, dust and hair on clothes really irks me. That's why I was excited to come across this Self Cleaning Lint Brush, $13. I know the concept of a lint remover isn't revolutionary, but a self cleaning one is pretty neat. Stroke your lint-y blouse or dress with the handy lint brush, then push the button and the magic roller takes away debris from the brush for another clean start. So no more sticky paper that you have to change and throw away. And when it gets too dusty, just open the back cover to empty the dust container. You'll be lint-free and stress free!
To me, this Dutchy Peety Cleo in Almond, $273, looks less like a purse and more like a leather piece from the interior of a car. Neither the color nor the shape do anything for me. What do you think?
If one day you wake up in a minimal state of mind, black, white and gray is the right color combo for the moment. While you can easily triple a heather grey top with white jeans and black sandals to look sophisticated and clean, you can also create the sharp look with these. I know I should be encouraging bright fabulous colors, but let's face it: sometimes we all feel a bit black, white and gray.
Minimalism is back! The Fall collections proved that clean, simple lines does not equal boring; take the stunning designs at Givenchy (pictured) for example. Instead, you'll find unique, and beautiful stand alone pieces the will make you feel at ease. And make you look like you threw something together in 10 minutes...ah, the beauty of minimalism.

One of our savvy sources snatched up some first glimpses of the next GO International designer collection for Target - the girlie girl of new designers Erin Fetherston. Due out in November, the collection is full of nightgown inspired frocks and flowy delights in kindergarten colors with sweet details like hearts and ruffles. I think they are a bit too little girlie, especially with all the freshly sophisticated looks for Fall. What do you all think?
And don't forget Libertine for Target will be hitting the racks next month!
We had a couple readers ask about Fergie's tough black tee she wore at LAX this week and behold: it is the Public Library Black V-Neck LA Gold Chains Tee, $68. If you've got LA pride, or if you're a Fergie fan, check this tee out! Wear it with some dark denim skinnies and some oversized sunnies and you'll fit right in in Tinsel Town.
Next week is the Fourth of July, which means two awesome things: some time to relax from work and fireworks (I've never quite grown out of a child-like amazement with them!). So get out your barbeque pits, roast some hot dogs, gather some friends, and enjoy watching fireworks from your roof!
I'll start you off with these Morning Glories,$6.55 for 72, to wave around and get you in that Independence Day mood! These are the best aren't they?!
