Having a baby is hard enough; finding fashionable post-baby clothes is another story! Our Fab reader mon_in_hdg went through the adventure of delivering a child and now she's looking for affordable post-baby gear for Fall in a size 10.
It's important to note that she's nursing and will need some sort of breast-access for her daughter. Oh, and she refuses to wear "transition" clothes that maternity lines are marketing. I'll start you off with these Hollywould Anthracite Helen D'Orsay Ballet Flats, $295. They're comfortable but most importantly, they're gunmetal, the color for Fall.
Come back and tell me when your Fab Finds are up and tag them with post baby.
Oh! Now, you can build outfits by creating a list of clothing items. We have everything you need to build outfits with and you can use your Fab Find bookmarks too. This is an even better way to put together an entire outfit when you are completing your Fab Finding missions.

Hayden has turned into quite the lady overnight! This red sheath dress she wore to the London photo call of Heroes really flatters her petite frame and takes her from girl to woman. I love how she accessorized with a black patent belt because otherwise, the outfit would be too plain. Way to go lady in red!
What can I say...I'm in a sharing mood! So you've seen, and helped me finalize, my fashion week style survival kit. Then, I geeked out with all my posh gadgets for the adventure (half of which I don't know how to use, whatever, I'll figure it out!). And here is something very special, I hope you all appreciate: my outfit plans. I normally don't reveal my style secrets, but I thought you all would get a kick out of this because: what does one wear to fashion week?! We're talking the creme de la creme of the fashion world. No wallflowers allowed - Fab will be pulling out all the stops next week because I need to impress Anna, my fellow Editors and our new friends over at ELLE.com! So if you can decipher my Fab-scratch, you can maybe get an idea of what's in my lineup. The key items: hats, dope jewelry, comfy but cute shoes, stand-out dresses, vintage belts and more hats!
Bring out your inner bond girl with a golden finger. I showed you some gorgeous cocktails rings, (dahling) not too long ago but these bold gold pieces evoke a different message. They're tough, they're in-your-face and they're here to stay. Ditch the rest of the rings when you dip your finger in gold - a stand out gold ring is all you need for your next rendezvous.
So many inspirational modeling poses out there...so little time. Well, Fab is making the time to attempt some of the challenging poses found in our favorite fashion mags like Vogue, Elle, Bazaar, Teen Vogue, W and more. The question is: are you up for the challenge?
I will start you off with my imitation of Gap's ad with Selma Blair. The crouched down angular pose is not as easy as it looks! Now I want to see you try. Subscribe to the Strike A Pose! group and then post your photos in there; for this week's pose tag it with "Strike A Pose Challenge 2." I will select the best attempts and feature them on Fab! And the winning post will receive a FabSugar tee to pose away in 24/7.
Doesn't charley here look cute as a button and a bit like designer Alexander Wang? If I didn't know better, he's a part of the Wang Gang. From the nautical striped long sleeve tee to the cropped slim jeans - this look is very laid-back cool boy.
Here's what he's wearing:
- Sweater: Esprit
- Jeans: Zara
- Flip Flops: Havianas
- Bag: Penshoppe
Congrats to charley!
Everyone else, submit your looks and I might feature you on FabSugar! If you live overseas and have a Fab outfit to share, join the Overseas Fashionistas Group, to submit a Look in this group learn how to post a blog.
