I like to give credit where credit is due, even when it involves a star that makes many fashion mistakes. Paris Hilton's Marc by Marc Jacobs dot dress she wore to MTV's TRL studios is really pretty! Go Paris for choosing black footwear instead of matchy matchy metallic. We all have good and bad fashion days, and this is definitely a good night for Paris. Another season, another exciting round of fashion week! Bella and I are jetting off to New York Fashion Week to witness the Fall 2008 collections, but this time we'll need to dress extra warm as it's frigid in the Big Apple. As always, we need your expertise to help keep us fashion forward.

It's Mischa Barton and Iceberg round two. But unlike the Fall/Winter '07 campaign featuring the actress, these Spring/Summer '08 shots are dangerously hot. In fact, they almost make me forget Mischa's latest fashion faux pas. The poses are high fashion, her makeup fierce, and the wardrobe droolworthy. Another round of fierce campaigns and Mischa could be well on her way back to fashion stardom. Do you agree?
The ever so radiant Joy Bryant portrayed a modern-day glamazon at the premiere of Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins in Hollywood last night. The crisp white hue, the slightly off-shoulder detail, and her metallic accessories make this look worth mimicking. Since floor-length gowns aren't practical, I provided a shorter and more wearable option. Oh Joy!
Hollywood Hits Europe for Haute Couture Shows Hilary Swank and Mariska Hargitay gave an A-list ovation from the front row during the finale of the Armani Prive Spring/Summer 2008 Haute Couture collection show in Paris. Both actresses showed off blunt bobs and revealing Armani frocks at the show.

The day after relaunched label Halston shows on Feb. 4, during New York Fashion Week, Net-a-Porter will begin selling two looks straight off the runway, a daytime shirt dress ($1,495) and an evening silk dress ($1,795).
This retailing coup follows the collaboration Net-a-Porter had with RM by Roland Mouret last year, which allowed customers to immediately order looks from the runway that would then be shipped at a later date. The Halston partnership takes the idea a step further, allowing interested customers to literally pick a dress off the runway and be able to wear it the next day.
It will be interesting to see how this affects fast fashion chains, who thrive on the delay between runway shows and the time that customers can get their hands on the clothes . . .
