Newlywed Katherine Heigl went furniture shopping in LA yesterday looking casual yet stylish. I admire that instead of throwing on sweats like so many stars, she chose a teal Marc by Marc Jacobs ruffle blouse, a Jimmy Choo bag, and Tory Burch leopard flats. Harvey Weinstein, whose Weinstein Co. bought the Halston brand last March with plans to revive it, has more than just Halston clothes on his mind. Rumors were running rampant yesterday that Jude Law had been cast to play Halston in a Weinstein-produced movie, but according to industry sources, while a biopic is in the works, it has yet to be cast.
