Jordin Sparks is the newest celebrity designer with a line of holiday dresses for Wet Seal. Jordin’s line, appropriately called “Sparks,” will begin with an assortment of holiday dresses delivering to stores just in time for Thanksgiving and will later include casual apparel and accessories.
