Celeb Style: Kelly Osbourne
Kelly Osbourne turned up the glam volume at a Flaunt magazine holiday party. She showed off her fabulous figure in a satin zebra print dress. She added plenty of sparkle via her gray sequined pumps and stacked black and silver jewels. And that megawatt smile — adorable!

This Week's Fab Favorite: Rosario Dawson
Rosario in Bottega. A winning combination. We were pleasantly surprised by Rosario's choice to wear this monochrome Bottega Veneta look to the LA premiere of her new movie Seven Pounds. Rarely do stars attempt monochrome, and sexy monchrome at that.
The camel one-sleeve crepe dress is a rare find, but the fact that it complements her skin tone so perfectly is what sealed the deal. Her crisscrossed camel Jimmy Choo sandals continued the fluid movement. To be sure she wasn't washed out, exotic Neil Lane for Arcade turquoise earrings framed her beautiful face. Speaking of framing her beautiful face, learn how to create the illusion of short hair. The other jewelry — thin gold bangles — gently sat on her wrist. Perfection personified.

iPod Holster Is a Little Glam, a Little Garish
iPod Holster Is a Little Glam, a Little Garish If I were a rich girl, then this iLuv iPod Holster $60 could be mine. Would I buy it though? In its gold glory, it's kind of a fun display of empty excess, but I don't know if that's really my MO.
I Wanna Be Adorned: Fab Party Jewels
With the recent revival of costume jewelry, everyone can look their Hollywood best without breaking the bank. Personally, I like to mix high and low fashion jewelry to create an eclectic party look. In my make-believe world, I would pair these decadent Missoni Floral Drop Earrings ($420) with some funky stacked bangles from Forever 21 to temper its delicate nature. I say go for the gusto and pick one dramatic piece to complement your look. The rest of your jewels should take backseat and complement the showstopper. Get it? Got it? Good.
Who Wore It Better? Marc Jacobs Navy Wrap Dress
Black and blue keeps on going and going. Anne Hathaway dabbled with the color combination via her navy Marc Jacobs wrap dress back when she attended the David Letterman Show in October. She added black with opaque tights, pumps, and a Ferragamo bag. Courteney Cox Arquette chose the same dress for the Bedtime Stories premiere in Hollywood. She kept her look black and blue, too, only she added a necklace and a clutch. Two fine actresses, but which wore their Marc Jacobs better?
