Fab Redux: Floral Friend

March showers bring April flowers — or wait, is it April showers bring May flowers?

March showers bring April flowers — or wait, is it April showers bring May flowers? Whichever. Snagging a floral dress is definitely in order for the time of year. This Fab vintage rendition reminded me of the Chloë Sevigny for Opening Ceremony dress Jennifer Aniston was seen filming in recently. Plus, I love the idea of a vintage Look For Less!

The current bidding price is at $11, and the auction ends on Tuesday, April 1.

A site that solely focuses on shoes and handbags — what more can a girl ask for? Lucky for us, PlazaToo.com offers a wide array of shoes and handbags from some of the hottest designers around including Tibi, Marc Jacobs, and Rebecca Minkoff. The vast selection is pretty fierce with nice mix of casual and dressy shoes. If you're a fan of Tory Burch, PlazaToo.com stocks tons of her cute flats — I'm keeping my eye on the yellow pair!

March Shopping Madness: Sunnies Days

American writer Dorothy Parker once said that men seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses, but I beg to differ.

American writer Dorothy Parker once said that men seldom make passes at girls who wear glasses, but I beg to differ. Sunnies days are here again. Just like clothing, the type of sunglasses you choose determines how the world will perceive you . . . so choose wisely!

At Valentino's Spring '08 show (left), these polka dot sunnies were whimsical and fun. Your new sunnies should be unique, but they must also match your face shape. Don't insist on wearing Jackie O-style glasses if your face is really narrow and long. Adversely, don't try mini round sunnies a la Mary-Kate Olsen if your face is round. Remember, the point is to look suave, not silly!

Fab Ad: Amber Valletta For Stella McCartney

I hope I don't sway you too much but — I love these ads!

I hope I don't sway you too much but — I love these ads! An exotic beachy locale, a pretty floral dress, artsy illustrations: What more could you have in mind for a dreamy Spring? Stella McCartney takes us there with her latest ad campaign . . . just watch out for Jaws! I think Amber Valletta looks stunning for the third season in a row as the go-to Stella girl. Do you agree?

P.S. What's up with the funny face Amber?

Fab Flash: Jean Paul Gaultier Costumes Upcoming Kylie Minogue Tour

Attention Kylie fans! Kylie Minogue has previously depended largely on Dolce & Gabbana to provide her tour costumes of sparkle and sass, but for her newest tour, KylieX2008, it's all about Jean Paul Gaultier couture.

Attention Kylie fans!

Kylie Minogue has previously depended largely on Dolce & Gabbana to provide her tour costumes of sparkle and sass, but for her newest tour, KylieX2008, it's all about Jean Paul Gaultier couture.

The Parisian designer has outfitted Madonna for years, from her Confessions tour in 2006 to the iconic cone-bra Blond Ambition tour in 1990, so I can't wait to see what iconic look he comes up with next! The KylieX2008 European tour starts in Paris on May 6 and ends in London in August.

Celebrity Style: Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie stepped out for some shopping and a refreshing drink in her much-loved boho style.

Nicole Richie stepped out for some shopping and a refreshing drink in her much-loved boho style. She made this Karen Zambos Vintage Couture dress her own with her trademark Balenciaga, oversized sunnies, and Grecian sandals. I suppose we should be adding the H (for Harlow!) initial necklace to that list now too. It's good to see Nicole out and about more often, though I'm sure she's being kept busy in her new mommy role!

Fabcon: Diane Keaton

How many actresses can say that a single movie role they played spawned a whole fashion movement?

How many actresses can say that a single movie role they played spawned a whole fashion movement? Playing Annie Hall was so natural for Diane Keaton, her personal style reflects what Annie would wear today, were she real. Yes, Diane has made a few fashion faux pas, but what risk-taker hasn't? If you don't take risks in fashion, you can't be in the running for a style icon. What's more, when Kate Moss is inspired by your style, you know you've got something special going on.

What attracts me to Diane's personal style is her ability to pull off androgynous looks with utter sophistication — like no other woman in Hollywood. She found a fashion genre that works for her, so she's stayed endlessly true to it. Not many fashion insiders have that much loyalty to one style. And I'm not the only one who sings Diane's praises; Rachel Bilson, who often dabbles with the boy-meets-girl style, looks up to her, too:

"Diane Keaton always stays true to herself, stylewise, which I admire so much. And I love her menswearish Annie Hall-era outfits," she said in Lucky Magazine's March issue.

I'm so glad Diane was chosen to portray Annie Hall, because in the hands of another actress, who knows if the menswear trend would live on so strongly today!
