Anywho, have I mentioned how happy I am women are choosing shoes over bags because the choices right now are so incredible? Take for instance the sexy-as-hell footwear of Denmark designer Camilla Skovgaard. As soon as I laid eyes on this Camilla Skovgaard Two Band High Heel Sandal ($492), I knew I wanted to know more about the designer. Sure enough, all her footwear is to drool for.

Given that she formerly designed shoes for the Sheikhs' wives and daughters in Dubai, her talent and determination are no surprise. After seven years in Dubai, Camilla moved to London and completed a BA degree in footwear at Cordwainers shoe college. Her education was certainly worth it because her creations are all over Shopbop and Vogue . . . and soon to be on the feet of budding fashionistas!

See-through clothes make most gals say, oh, sheer. But we can't avoid the trend altogether because it was everywhere on the Spring runways, including BCBG (left) and Marc Jacobs.

What we can do is find a sheer style that works for our lifestyles and body types. That's precisely what a good friend of mine did recently when she bought a see-through watercolor slip and wore it as an ultrafemme dress.

The key is to find a slip to pair underneath. Pick a fun color so it purposefully shows and mimics the runways. The next time you hit up a department store, don't overlook the lingerie department. Find a sheer slip that can pass as a dress or top, wear it with a colorful slip, and sheer on!

Last Thursday, Naomi Campbell was removed from a British Airways flight for allegedly spitting on a police officer after a row with the airline staff. She is thought to have flown into a rage after one of her bags failed to make it onto the LA-bound airplane, and as a result, police boarded the plane and led her away in handcuffs; she posted bail hours later.

Now, reports are surfacing that Naomi is no longer welcome on British Airways flights. Ever, again. According to her spokesman: "Naomi has been flying with BA for nearly 30 years and has been a good customer. She hopes this can be resolved amicably." Unfortunately, this is not the first time Naomi has caused an airport disruption. Dun dun dun.

Last night's episode of The Hills left me semi irked at mean girl Lauren, but I'll put that aside because I heart the feminine Diane von Furstenberg polka-dot top she sported at Katsuya Sushi. Brody and Frankie went ultra cas(ual) in T-shirts, while LC channeled a naughty Sandra Dee. Though a a legging with sheen can be super sexy, I'm not so sure a classic girl like Lauren can pull it off. What do you say?
