Freaky or Fabulous? Heidi Montag Anchor Blue Ad

I have to admit, we've been anticipating the worst from Heidi's clothing line at Anchor Blue.

I have to admit, we've been anticipating the worst from Heidi's clothing line at Anchor Blue. Her ad is at best mediocre and kind of tacky. I usually like zebra prints but she has a way of making it look tacky and the black shorts are pretty blah. I am, however, glad she decided to not show too much skin in the ad. And, what's up with the bunny wearing bling around his neck?!

Is Heidi's debut collage-style ad freaky or Fab? You tell me.

Trend Alert: Silk Utilitarian

Silk has a new look; it's more relaxed but hardened with tough details.

Silk has a new look; it's more relaxed but hardened with tough details. This new silk utilitarian twist is more wearable and comfortable. Silk tops, jumpers, pants, and accessories have been updated with drawstrings, zippers and cargo pockets to lend a simultaneously chic and casual look. Gianfranco Ferre (left) went casual-lux with this zippered grape silk mechanic pantsuit. Now, buying silk can be an investment so I provided a couple silk-like items for you to wear this slick trend without stretching your wallet. As always, have fun . . .

On Our Radar: Which High Ticket Accessory Are You Jonesing For?

There's been recent debates over what's the hottest accessory of the season.

There's been recent debates over what's the hottest accessory of the season. We've heard that the shoe is crushing competition and has recently taken throne over the highly coveted It handbag. Now, luxury watches have joined in the shopping fun and games trying their hand in superseding the current leading player. Vying for its timeless appeal and status symbol, the watch has transformed into a luxury item designed with diamonds and titanium.

If I were to decide, I would go with my first true love: shoes. I don't even wear a watch and I still refuse to pay over $500 for a handbag. But I'm curious, which high ticket accessory are you jonesing for?

Power Couple: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt — we don't call them Brangelina here — aren't the most inconspicuous Power Couple, and they've sure become a force to be reckoned with since they hooked up in 2004.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt — we don't call them Brangelina here — aren't the most inconspicuous Power Couple, and they've sure become a force to be reckoned with since they hooked up in 2004.

They certainly didn't need one another to become famous, but ever since their union after co-starring in Mr. and Mrs. Smith and posing as a married couple in Steven Meisel's W Magazine Domestic Bliss spread, they've been unstoppable.

What I admire about this couple is their ability to channel old Hollywood glamor so effortlessly. Brad reminds me of a young Robert Redford and Angie can easily embody any sex-pot actress, say Brigitte Bardot. Of course, I'll never forget Angie's less-classy fashion choices, but with the power of Brad behind her, she's transformed into a sophisticated woman, a sensitive mother, and poised actress. She sometimes dresses overly mature — hello, she's a St. John model — but I'll take that over goth any day. I'll bet Brad would agree.

New Product Alert: Daisy Marc Jacobs Beauty Booty I know it's some sort of unwritten rule that women are supposed to go gaga for Marc Jacobs, but lately he's been turning out one stinker after another. I miss the quirky, nerdy Marc of yesteryear — the kind of designer who'd come up with something kooky and fun. Something like this collection of beauty accessories, actually.

The Hills Fashion Quiz: Episode 23 "Just Be Careful..."

Perhaps this double episode thing is MTV's way of making sure that we get both the drama and the fashion.

Perhaps this double episode thing is MTV's way of making sure that we get both the drama and the fashion. Works for me! This time we saw more of Whitney at her newish job. She seems to be pretty on the ball and unfazed by Kelly's slightly harsh personality, even winning points in a meeting by making a suggestion on possible celebrity outreach opportunities. Go Whit! Meanwhile, Lauren was feeling a little dejected by herself at Teen Vogue but it seems like we might be seeing her helping out People's Revolution soon. . . pretty exciting The Hills developments under way. Take our quiz and see how well you were paying attention to this fashion filled episode.

The Look For Less: Gwen Stefani's Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent Maxi

An adorably pregnant Gwen Stefani recently played in the park with Gavin and Kingston.

An adorably pregnant Gwen Stefani recently played in the park with Gavin and Kingston. While Pop was examining her baby bump, I was more focused on what was covering that growing belly: Twelfth St. by Cynthia Vincent's ruffle maxi dress ($372). Mile-long maxis grazed the Spring runways; now let's have them sweep the streets without massacring our wallets!
