After much anticipation, the Agent Provocateur Bridal photos featuring Kate Moss were released this week and each and every one of them was worth the wait. Naturally, a fabulous shindig followed suit. And how can I not mention one of the biggest events of the week that gave us tons of photos to look at: the Met's Costume Institute Gala! I would like to personally thank all of the beautiful people who attended because it provided eye candy times a hundred.
Annie Lennox, a lesson in androgyny. She definitely took it to the extreme '80s: straight-cut suiting, a black and white color palette and a bright red buzz cut. Menswear has been a favored trend of the last year whereas it was Lennox's signature. Oh, and that voice of hers. This hypnotizing song has one of the most distinctive synthesizer sounds. You know this song from the first five seconds and cannot shake it out of your head. Not that it's a nuisance — it's a classic. The video itself is serious and dream-like, kinda odd, sort of like Lennox. And like that, you wake up and it was all a dream . . .
