These bags — priced $20-$50 — will be at select Target stores and at Target.com July 20 through September 14. The line includes clutches, wristlets, satchels and hobos that encompass the designer’s philosophy of using hardware as the “jewelry” of the handbag. The focus of design remains on functionality and the colors include black, white, fuchsia and metallics.

Sunny gal Nicole Richie and her baby's daddy Joel spent a lovely and charitable afternoon at the A Time For Heroes Celebrity Carnival event. She came out looking like the Nicole we know, in an adorable yellow floral romper, slingback Loubs, and oversized sunnies. Only, she decided to leave behind the heavy accessorizing for something more minimal. I love Nic's ability to accessorize, but every now and then, it's nice to see something unexpected.
