Fab Finger Discount: Myne Silk Camisole

I've watched this Myne Erica Silk Camisole go from $164, to $99, and now to $58.

I've watched this Myne Erica Silk Camisole go from $164, to $99, and now to $58. I thought it was worth it at its first reduction, but now it's even better. I admire its delicateness, the subtle ruching, and the tie-strap-shoulder detail. It's available in spearmint and mustard. Either color would look good with dark wide-legged jeans, but even cooler with denim cutoffs. Jump on it before it jumps away.

This Week's Fab Favorite: Anne Hathaway Does Black and White Just Right

Girl is on a roll.

Girl is on a roll. To further exemplify her fashion metamorphosis, Anne continues to rip up the red carpets on her Get Smart promotional tour. We have already seen some stellar looks from her, and she had a Celebrity Style this week, but Anne is the gift that keeps on giving. This week I could not decide between her frothy white Valentino and her draped black Marchesa, so both win. Yes, it's a competition, fashion folks. No doubt Anne has a stylist helping her, but all her looks suit her — which isn't always easy to do. Anne looks comfortable, confident and — most importantly — like she's having fun. Rafaello who?

I also want to note her diverse range of hairstyles and makeup; Anne is quite the beauty chameleon. The gushing doesn't stop there: Her accessories are also wonderful. Especially the gold detailed clutch, shoes, and jewelry she wore with the black Marchesa. Night and day, black and white, brava Anne!

Menswear

Fab Blab

We're always praising Lanvin's womenswear designer Alber Elbaz, but for a second let's focus on its menswear designer, Lucas Ossendrijver.

We're always praising Lanvin's womenswear designer Alber Elbaz, but for a second let's focus on its menswear designer, Lucas Ossendrijver. In Details, he shares invaluable fashion tips for men, but one in particular stood out and applies to both sexes.

"Friday-wear is very typically American. You have this office uniform, and then suddenly it’s the weekend and it’s the opposite. I think it’s better to mix the two and make officewear a little less formal and Friday-wear a little less casual."
A-men! That's the best advice I've heard in a long time, and if every American swore by it, the country would be a far more fashionable place. I say, let's start this today!

Cheap & Chic: '90s Grunge

No one does sloppy chic better than Kristen Dunst.

No one does sloppy chic better than Kristen Dunst. Here she is on the streets of SoHo looking '90s grunge fabulous in a loose plaid top, short shorts, and flats.

The plaid top itself screams '90s but leave it to Kirsten to put icing on the cake with her signature Ray-Ban Wayfarers and messy hair. When wearing grunge garb, make sure to keep something loose and something fitted — wrinkles optional!

Christian Louboutin C'est Moi Shoe Boots: Love It or Hate It?

Booties! I still love 'em.

Booties! I still love 'em. Modern booties are far from witch-like and boring, especially when we're talking these hot-pink Christian Louboutin C'est Moi Shoe Boots ($825). Wowsers. I love the rich color and the suede looks sumptuous; do you think they're a little too wacky to wear?

Models

Fab Face: Esther Cañadas

When you have a face like Spanish supermodel Ester Cañadas, there's no path you should pursue except for modeling.

When you have a face like Spanish supermodel Ester Cañadas, there's no path you should pursue except for modeling. But Esther did almost take another path, she wanted to be a criminologist until her mom convinced her to try modeling. She didn't have to do much pursuing, as it only took her two days to book work for 20 designers!

Esther is not a new model by any means. In fact, she has been in the industry since 1996. I remember being mesmerized by her cheekbones and piercing blue eyes when I first saw her in a Donna Karan ad in 1997. Her co-star in the ads, model Mark Vanderloo, felt the same because he married Esther in 1999 (they divorced in 2000).

But back to Esther's modeling career. She has walked down the runways of a laundry list that includes Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Chanel, Calvin Klein, Alexander McQueen, Yves Saint Laurent, Valentino, Moschino, and Givenchy (cue exhale). Though we don't see her stunning face as frequently any more, it's a face that once you see, you never forget.

Celebrity Style: Gabrielle Union

Gabrielle Union's genuine smile makes me happy.

Gabrielle Union's genuine smile makes me happy. The actress touched down in NYC and headed to her hotel looking absolutely gorgeous in a Corey Lynn Calter rose-print dress. I wonder where she's headed to after she checks in? She highlighted the streamlined dress with delicate silver hoop earrings, a pair of patent sandals, and a black leather shoulder bag. Seeing as I'm a sucker for sensational sunnies, you know I'm crushing on hers!

Mix Tape Pouch: Love It or Leave It?
Mix tape nostalgia is hotter than ever right now; if it's not a new product in the shape of a mix tape, like this USB stick, then there's a website popping up for waxing sentimental over the things and their song selections. Joining the party right on time is this felt mix-tape pouch from Etsy. It's soft and cute, and may remind you of a someone compiling one too many Elliott Smith songs for you. What say you?
