This little Gossip Girl is quickly moving on up in the fashion scene. While a couple of the other cast members (hello, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley) make frequent appearances frolicking the streets and others lay low, Leighton steps up, front and center, at many red-carpet events. This week Leighton made a genius decision to wear Zac Posen's pre-Fall gray dress to an event in LA.

The asymmetrical stitching made her appear fashion forward and the puff sleeves, which she told us about, were mere perfection. It's all about the shoulder love these days. With such a detail-oriented dress, heavy accessorizing is a no-no, and Leighton clearly gets that. Her choice of footwear, blue metallic Sergio Rossi pumps, was also dead on. And her best accessory? Her adorable smile, of course!

Amidst all the drama, Sienna Miller is still one fashionable babe. If you're going to get your photo taken by the paparazzi, you might as well look cute, right?

I'm loving the semisheer romantic blouse she's jetsetting in. It's a great alternative to wearing a basic tee with your jeans and doesn't appear stuffy. When choosing a romantic blouse, look for one with a casual fit and fun detailing such as stripes, ruffles, or frills. Kudos to Sienna for accessorizing her feminine look with a funky Gucci belt.

Prada's new flagship store, which opened on Wednesday, is the talk of the town here in San Francisco. One walk-through and it's easy to see why. I went today and the lace bowler ($1,995) Eva Mendes carried at the Louvre in Paris instantly caught my eye. It looks gorgeous on the actress's arm but even more divine in person. The leather is buttery soft and the lace design is humble yet sophisticated. It's been a while since I've been smitten by a bag, but this one's got me in a tizzy.

If ever you're having a bad day, throw on a bright red dress and see how your mood turns around. Jessica Simpson has nothing to be sad about, but she still donned a red dress while in NYC. A loud dress doesn't require much accessorizing, but Jess jazzed up her look with a rosary, a cross, and stacked bangles. On her feet, she wore Frye's buckle sandals, and on her eyes, cool aviators. I'm sure there will be some red dresses in Jessica's upcoming dress collection.

I've always loved pajama parties. There's something about cozy company, popcorn, and a scary movie that will always bring a wave of nostalgia.
