Fab Finding Follow-Up: Go Team USA!

Is everyone obsessing over the 2008 Olympic games as much as me?

Is everyone obsessing over the 2008 Olympic games as much as me? You all had a lot to say about Team USA in their Ralph Lauren getups, so I was interested to see what you would come up with on this one. Even I found myself dressing in blues and sporty denim last weekend, inspired by the hot male swimmers and tan volleyball players. It's pretty addictive stuff!

I started you off with this cute Forever 21 Olympic Retro Tee ($19); it's lightweight and celebratory, in a Fab way.

Let's see what you all came up with!

The Gold, created by maria212134, is subtly sporty. That star print scarf is a must have.

The Look For Less: Sergio Rossi Paint Splattered Pumps

I've been swooning over these Sergio Rossi paint splattered pumps ever since Alicia Keys wore them to the BET awards.

I've been swooning over these Sergio Rossi paint splattered pumps ever since Alicia Keys wore them to the BET awards. They're an artistic confection just waiting for me to sink my toes into them. However, I'm not rich like Alicia and am not willing to spend an extraneous amount of money on such a novelty shoe.

Fab Ad: Gap Fall '08

I will always love the Gap.

I will always love the Gap. I mean, cotton basics? Cozy knits? Preppy staples? Oh, and I love their lip balm. Change is already underway at the company, with Patrick Robinson as head designer under the gun. This Fall campaign, shot by Mikael Jansson, is quintessential Gap — black and white, laid-back poses, American inspired. But the cast and the styling are fresh.
The idea behind the campaign is to “Create Your Own GAP” by mixing and matching classic pieces to create an outfit all your own. The celebrities and models are styled to suit their personal tastes, and the list is vast: Liv Tyler, Georgina Chapman of Marchesa, Fabcon Clemence Poesy (pictured here), Ginnifer Goodwin, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Scott Schuman (of The Sartorialist), Cecilia Dean (cofounder and editor, Visionaire), models Chanel Iman and Lily Donaldson, and more. This exhibits a cooler, more undone Gap with a focus on fashionable, functional garb. Are you impressed?

This Just In! Victoria Beckham Will Show at New York Fashion Week

Victoria is officially in the New York Fashion Week game.

Victoria is officially in the New York Fashion Week game. Despite rumors, Victoria will not be showing her dress collection on the runway. In the spirit of elitist designers like L'Wren Scott and Marchesa, Posh opted to show her frocks during New York Fashion Week to top editors and buyers by appointment only. There goes my chance for a piece of the VB pie . . .
