If there was a girl I had to deem representative of feminine and fun LA style it would be Nicky Hilton. She can be flashy fun, but she can also pull in the reigns and be sophisticated. This look softly portrays the lazy days of Summer. It's monochrome; her dress, Balenciaga bag, and wedges are ultralight hued. Speaking of the dress: Does anyone know who it's by?! This dress has been the thorn in my side all week and I now bring it to you, fine Fab readers, to help me ID it.
It's adorable. The crocheted neckline, the buttons and the subtle ikat print are sundress perfection. She wears gold aviators and oversized hoops for bling effect, and her wedges have a vintage feel. Even her white cocktail ring stands out. I bet Nicky just threw on her (blank) dress and the rest, and headed out to the streets of her wonderland.

Fab Read: Gucci Wars, How I Survived Murder and Intrigue at the Heart of the World's Biggest Fashion House
Ever wanted to be a "Gucci wife"? Check out Gucci Wars: How I Survived Murder and Intrigue at the Heart of the World's Biggest Fashion House ($23) by Jenny Gucci. In a tell-all biography, Jenny Gucci unveils her life of love and betrayal during her 10-year stint as the wife of fashion founder's grandson, Paolo Gucci.
I don't want to spill the beans but look forward to tales of rivalry, greed, and deceit as Jenny Gucci reminisces on the good times, making friends with celebrities and royalty, and the bad involving her nasty and dangerous divorce with Paolo Gucci.
We love the glamorous Dita von Teese. When we thought we spotted Dita on the sidewalk (rare), in flats (rarer), carrying an Urban Outfitters shopping bag (rarest), we digressed. Who is this Dita and what has she done with our Dita? We quickly realized this isn't our Dita; it's a carbon copy. That's cool. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery right? Faux Dita did a pretty good job, she's awfully cute. Agreed?
