The SAG ladies must of heard me when I preached blue dresses this season. Tonight, they jumped on the blue school bus and wore an amazing array of cool hued dresses ranging from striking cobalt to periwinkle. Can this be the new LBD? Only time will tell but check out the bevy of beauties sporting bodacious blue dresses. First up is Kate Winslet wearing an insanely, irresistible gown by Narciso Rodriguez . . .

Screen Actors Guild Awards Trend Alert: Halter Queens
Halter queens infiltrated the red carpet tonight. Actresses like January Jones (left), Penelope Cruz, Olivia Wilde, Diane Lane, Jane Krakowski, Julia Ormond and newcomer Freida Pinto, all wore different colors and patterns, but they had one thing in common: Halter necklines. January's Andrew Gn halter dress was one of the most eye-catching. Other halter styles came in reds, periwinkles, chiffons, velvet, and white. Check them out.

Screen Actors Guild Awards: Best Dressed
The SAG awards stood out to me for being a colorful red carpet. Yours and my choices for best dressed provide an array of eye candy. Cuts were generally slim and glam — but personalities shined through. Evan Rachel Wood adorned her one shouldered Lhuillier teal gown with a bird brooch, January showed her exotic side with a black and gold embellished Andrew Gn, and Anne looked straight up pretty in her white bejeweled Azzaro column gown. The remaining ladies relied on gorgeous cuts to show off their beauty. Who wins your vote?

Screen Actors Guild Awards: Alison Pill
Milk star Alison Pill complemented her red locks in a hunter green Jason Wu frock. As you know, Wu is Michelle Obama's designer of choice, so did he hit another hot one with this dress? The color is rich, and the crisscross bodice interesting, but the length is questionable. What do you think?

Celeb Style: Eva Longoria
Eva Longoria went casual for her night out at Beso in LA. She paired the ever-so-popular Current/Elliot jeans with a striped turtleneck and a fabulous pink clutch (like the one from Lanvin). Add a black flats to complete Eva's laid-back look.

Screen Actors Guild Awards: Jennifer Carpenter
Newly married (to her costar of Dexter), Jennifer Carpenter looks lovely in black ruffles. The sheer flutter sleeves and neckline provide a bit of the provocative — oh la la. Her decadent jewels and rhinestone clutch call for total glamour.

Screen Actors Guild Awards: Amy Poehler
Funny woman Amy Poehler decided to go the angelic, ethereal route tonight. She showed up in a plunging white gown with a brooch detail at the bodice. Silver peep toe shoes and diamond jewels added more shine. Overall, it's simple yet elegant. Do you like?

Screen Actors Guild Awards: Jennifer Morrison
Anne Valerie Hash dressed actress Jennifer Morrison tonight in her beige gown. I love how the ruched waste makes it looks like a skirt and top rather than a dress. It's a monochrome look but the dazzling jewels spice it up. You like?

Screen Actors Guild Awards: Amy Adams
Amy Adams likes her bustier dresses, and her SAG Awards choice is no exception. Her fitted burgundy Giambattista Valli column gown, replete with volume at the waist is quite dramatic. Is it eye-catching or too much?
