Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren are quite the masters of illusion. Check out the trippy dress they sent down their Spring '10 runway. It looks like Anja Rubik has been chopped in half — gasp! So how did they do it? If you get close, you'll notice a black banded portion in between the two layers of tulle. I wonder which celeb will dare to walk this one down the red carpet. In the meantime, what's your take — freaky or fabulous?

Gossip Style: Jenny Humphrey
Jenny Humphrey has taken Blair's beloved position as Queen Bee, and she looks great in the part. Here she wears an adorable Vena Cava dress, which she smartly pairs with a Catherine Malandrino leather jacket and a great pair of Manolo Blahnik heels. Her new favorite Be & D studded bag, a trendy skinny tie, and Ray-Ban aviators provide the perfect finishing touches. Shop it all here!

Celeb Style: Kim Kardashian
Kim Kardashian stepped out in LA wearing an outfit that was sure to turn heads. Decked out in all designer wear, she teamed an Alexander Wang muscle tank with acid-washed skinny jeans, Louboutin booties, and a shrunken blazer. She carried a Chloé tote and mixed things up with a House of Harlow headpiece. Though her exact bag is not yet available online, this Jimmy Choo one has a similar feel so shop it now, along with other like items.

A Fabby Halloween: A Stepford Wife
I know it's a demeaning classic, but have you ever read The Stepford Wives? The book is pretty good and a very quick read. I read it after I saw the remake movie version with Nicole Kidman, then I rented the '75 original. I don't know why I was so fascinated. Probably the same reason I love femme bots. The only time I would encourage dressing up like a blond robot is Halloween. So don't take it too seriously, it is kind of fun to dress up like Barbie. The nice thing about being a Stepford is that it isn't a slutty costume. Remember, the men of Stepford didn't want their wives flaunting their goods all over town, just in their own sick private worlds.

Celeb Style: Lo Bosworth
Lo Bosworth must have raided LC's closet for her showstopping Alice + Olivia minidress! She posed for pics at LIV night club while celebrating her 23rd birthday in sequins. So as not to take away from the dress, she wore a pair of nude pointed-toe stilettos and a black cocktail ring, and carried a simple little black bag. Get this exact look here!
