While there were lots of winners at the Teen Choice Awards, only one lovely lady will take home the award for best dressed. Black and white seemed to work the best on the green grass carpet. Jordana, Leighton, and Emma all showed different takes on the classic color combo. Ashley Tisdale rocked our worlds with her two-tone dress and rad accessories, while Alexis delivered some much needed quirk. I think I have a feeling who takes home this crown . . .

Perfection takes time. Just ask Queen Bee, Leighton Meester, who just arrived on the green grass wearing a superbly fresh silk taffeta Louis Vuitton Resort striped dress and bright-red platform pumps by Brian Atwood. This time it's not a wig, folks. Kim took the plunge and lightened her locks. It complements her origami pleat white Stella McCartney frock, but I'm not sure this dress was the best choice — it draws unnecessary attention to the hips. I love Kim's curves, but this dress doesn't. Love or hate?

Miley went for a serious rockin' look tonight complete with a teensy Haute Hippie sequin mini, white Hanes beater, and loads of Loree Rodkin chains. The skirt is a tad short for my taste, and the chain harness is cluttered by the chain belt, but her black suede Louboutins are velvety perfection. Thoughts?
