We've watched Kelly Osbourne's style sense evolve from something adolescent to full-blown fashion enthusiast. Now, she's inspired to take it to the next level with plans to launch a collection of her own in the next year. While she stayed pretty tight-lipped on the details, she did say, "I'm going to design for an already made line and then once I get enough experience and know what I'm doing I'll do my own independent one."
