He might be your designer of the year, but, really, he's ours too. When we asked you to choose the best designer of 2010, the majority of you chose the man behind some of the sexiest silhouettes and favorite red carpet looks, and we couldn't agree more. Aside from being as genuine and personable as he is talented, Prabal's had quite a year: he's dressed Oprah, the first lady, Diane Kruger, Demi Moore, Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, and the list goes on. He also earned a spot as a CFDA Award finalist. At this point, is there a reason at all that Prabal Gurung shouldn't be the designer of year? We didn't think so.

Celeb Style: Nicky Hilton
Nicky Hilton grabbed some Starbucks in LA looking chic in her casual outfit. She wore some of her staples (like her tried-and-true Proenza bag and Ray-Ban Wayfarers), but we've never seen her in Sauce's Karl Lagerfeld tee. Shop all of those pieces, with all the rest, to mimic Nicky's errand-running style.

For an unexpected pop, add purple jeweled earrings and a sparkly cocktail ring. Click on the items to shop.
Celeb Style: LeAnn Rimes
LeAnn Rimes went shopping in Calabasas, CA, in an outfit that was both simple and sweet. From her cream-colored v-neck sweater, to her skinny jeans and knee-high boots, there wasn't a lot not to love; but, we're especially obsessed with her Diane von Furstenberg Stephanie bag. Shop that, with her other pieces, to achieve the total LeAnn look.
Celeb Style: Emma Roberts
Emma Roberts rocked a casual but oh-so-cute outfit on a recent shopping trip in West Hollywood. Of note are her suede booties and breton-striped sweater, but her black braided hobo, plastic aviators, and skinny jeans are worth purchasing too. A basic brown shopping bag will make the look complete. Get it all now.
Look of the Day: Short and Sweet
When it comes to dressing for family gatherings, it's always better to stay on the conservative side — you know, to avoid hearing, "You're wearing that?". Fab reader brunetteblogging kept it short and sweet during Christmas in a lacy Topshop dress, black tights and ankle booties, and super-pretty gold jewelry. It's a totally cute look that's still appropriate for hanging out with loved ones.
Congrats to brunetteblogging!
