Both Diana Ross and Lady Gaga are on tour right now. And both recently performed in larger-than-life stage costumes. Diana stepped onto the Nokia Theatre stage in LA wearing a neon yellow Big Bird-like, floor-length feather coat. Big hair, big costume, big is her thing. Lady Gaga belted out her tunes in Birmingham, England, wearing a huge snowflake-inspired piece. We've come to expect outrageous pieces from Gaga. Miss Ross? Not lately.
