Fall is inspired by the play of American sportswear and English country dressing — outdoorsy, but feminine. Silhouettes are longer all around, with exaggerated palazzo pants, trousers that graze the floor, full skirts and longer coats. It’s all about mixing textures- deconstructed tweeds with plaid, Fair Isle with shearling, velvet with chiffon, lace and sequins. I'm so nervous about going back to school. I know I shouldn't be. I mean I'm going for my Masters, it's not like I'm new to sitting in a classroom, managing work load, and pulling all-nighters! But something, just has my stomach full of butterflies.
