We love a sparkly collar, and with the holiday season in full swing, we decided it's the perfect time to re-create this look. Moreover, it's an easy way to update a top you already own. All you need is a cotton top with a collar, sequin trim (have fun with color!), Aleene's Jewel-It glue, pins, and scissors — so simple, right? Make sure you let your top dry overnight once you're done, and remember to hand wash it gently so that the sequin trim doesn't come off.
