Although this would have been the perfect Valentine's Day outfit, you can just as easily re-create it for your next fancy affair, especially since you can do it for just $30. Just pick up a red sleeveless crew-neck tank and high-waist circle skirt from American Apparel, and pair it with your favorite red pumps — they don't necessarily need to be ankle-strap peep-toes.
