Rihanna Does Denim on Denim — How to Rock a Less Risqué Version
Rihanna has really been feeling denim on denim as of late. During a recent late-night spotting in NYC, the sassy singer actually rocked denim on denim on denim, in a denim bustier topped with a denim button-down shirt, and low-rise skinny jeans. The pointy cobalt pumps made the ensemble especially refreshing. We're feeling this look on Rihanna, but have to admit that midriff baring isn't the easiest look to pull off, especially during Winter. That is unless you're hitting up Coachella next month. In that case, ditch the skinny jeans for a pair of denim cutoffs and the pumps for cobalt wedges or flat lace-up sandals . For a less risqué version, you can don high-waist jeans to cover your tummy. Or leave your button-down untied and buttoned up just enough to get a peek of the denim bustier underneath. Don't forget the cobalt footwear for added pizazz.

Get Miranda's Leopard Skinny Jeans For Way Less
Miranda Kerr has this amazing ability to turn anything classy. Take, for instance, the Current/Elliott leopard skinny jeans she wore in NYC. They could have very easily veered into cheesy territory, but the model mom kept her denim chic by pairing it with a killer Dries Van Noten jacket, a maroon leather Celine shopper bag, and black flats. The result is a trendy-cum-chic ensemble that's perfect for a day of running errands. Then with a pair of heels, it can go from day to night in a snap. Get in on Miranda's wildly sophisticated look by getting her exact jeans, or you can buy this less-expensive pair from Alloy for just $40. Just remember to keep the rest of your outfit basic; a killer jacket like Miranda's is highly recommended. If you're tempted to pair your leopard jeans with a bright top, just be sure to inject black pieces, like a blazer, to keep it luxe.

Invest in Lighter Layers With One of These Spring-Perfect Vests
We're tucking away our furry toppers and trading them in for vests of a lighter kind. Looking to the cool-girl iterations we saw on the Spring runways at Phillip Lim and Rag & Bone, we're newly inspired to layer up with slick leather vests and sleeveless blazers. Just the way a Winter jacket ties together the whole look with polish, we like to think of their Spring counterparts the same way. Sure, you don't need a vest to keep out the chill, but each of these covetable options is like the icing on our already-perfectly-styled cake — it only makes the whole thing sweeter. To our point, we've rounded up 10 of our absolute favorite vests; just click through to shop your perfect style.
Nicole Wears Another Chic Look Ahead of Fashion Star's Debut
In continuing her Fashion Star promotions in NYC, Nicole Richie stepped out donning a polished black-and-white ensemble that we can't wait to mimic for a night out. The stylish star cinched a white three-quarter top and black asymmetrical skirt with a studded belt, then amped things up with black satin pumps. She accessorized with a bevy of House of Harlow bling — gold spike earrings, a few pyramid rings, and an embossed clutch — and a vibrant pink lip. Snag Nicole's stem-baring style with a white blouse, black asymmetrical skirt, and matching pumps; if you're feeling extra frisky, toss on a cropped leather jacket for a bit of edge.
Zoe Saldana Makes a Convincing Case For Sheer Stripes — Here Are 3 Ways to Wear Them
Always one to bring the style inspiration, Zoe Saldana gave us yet another reason to rock our colorblock this Spring — the actress was on hand for John Varvatos's ninth annual Stuart House Benefit in Los Angeles over the weekend and wore a sweet, sheer striped sweater in a pretty sorbet color palette. The way she put her look together (with black skinny jeans and suede wedge booties) proves just how versatile it is as a day or evening ensemble, and we're betting that there are a few more ways to make this sweater work for any occasion. We love Zoe's sheer colorblock A.L.C. Rugby Sweater ($315) so much that not only have we tracked it down, but we're showing you three more ways to wear it. It's Official, Hollywood Is Obsessed With Mint!
Lindsay Lohan wore it to court, Kaley Cuoco donned it at an event in LA, Jayma Mays rocked it at Marni for H&M's launch party, and now actress Odette Yustman sported it with a pair of Jimmy Choos and a Stark clutch on The Hunger Games red carpet. We're talking about Hollywood's latest color obsession: mint. And with Spring right around the corner, it's a fitting hue to be one with. Whether it's a blazer, jeans, or a dress like Odette's, mint has the ability to inject subtle sass into your wardrobe. Think ahead to the upcoming months; do you have any bridal showers or day weddings to attend? If so, Odette's mint motif is perfection — we found a similar but more loose-fitting strapless Tibi dress as an alternative. Just be sure to bronze your skin a bit as mint tends to wash lighter skin out. Bling up your wrists and earlobes, like Odette did, and you'll surely be a breath of fresh air wherever you go.
