It's Friday — hooray! — and apart from the ever-mounting excitement of the weekend ahead, we've got to say: this past week was seriously fun. Perhaps you already had a hunch if you've been keeping tabs on our Instagram feed (oh you didn't? Well, follow us right this way). Between scouting out David Beckham's life-sized statues around New York City, catching a quick Tanlines set at the launch of Prabal Gurung's ICB collection with Barneys, and admiring the gorgeous florals at the Clos du Bois Rouge party, it's a wonder we made it past Wednesday. Alas, yesterday evening's nationwide Madewell #mixwellwithFab event was definitely the highlight of our week — denim, styling, cocktails, and mini cupcakes? What else do you need? Lady Gaga Goes Sleek in All Black: Leather Pants and Bow Pumps
Lady Gaga made an appearance — albeit a way less dramatic one than she normally does — in Vienna. Her all-black ensemble included black leather pants, an off-shoulder long-sleeved tee, black suede bow pumps, blacked-out shades, and a black wide-rimmed hat. The only color in Gaga's look was her Louis Vuitton bag. We love that her loose-fitting top revealed her delicate shoulders and that her bow pumps added much-needed daintiness to her monochromatic outfit. Mimic one of Gaga's most wearable ensembles when you want drama but don't feel very colorful.
