Did Kerry Washington Just Outshine Olivia Pope?

We've been dedicated fans of Kerry Washington's onscreen wardrobe ever since she became the ever-chic, suit-and-sheath-wearing star of Scandal. But in her real life she's a force to be reckoned with on the red carpet and just as much, if not more, of a style setter than Olivia Pope. Tonight is no different; for her Emmys arrival, the actress showed off a bold, orange-hued Prada strapless with a leg-flaunting slit and a surprise peek at a pair of shorts underneath(?!). Now, we have to ask: did Kerry just outdo Olivia Pope?
