Kim Kardashian Changes Diapers in Couture

Last night, Kim Kardashian proved her baby-changing skills in an Ulyana Sergeenko couture look that came straight off the runway. OK, she was paying a visit to Jimmy Kimmel Live, but we like to imagine she always looks this luxe and polished when tending to North's diaper.

Kim has sported one of the Russian designer's dresses before, in a similar silhouette, and we've got to hand it to her — the waist-cinching style certainly flatters her figure. But, Kim's ensemble has a few minor tweaks. Her robe is pinned closed, while the original version was tied with a tassel-embellished rope. And the runway model sported chunky satin heels with the ensemble, while Kim went for strappy slip-ons. So, tell us, did she pull it off, or did Kanye get it wrong this time?
