Looks like taking on The Hills of Hollywood has paid off for Lauren Conrad: her dream of being a fashion designer is being realized before she even graduates from college!
This September, LC is launching a 10-piece capsule collection of contemporary clothing, The Lauren Conrad Collection, will be sold exclusively on ShopLaurenConrad.com. Assuming the success of this small collection, LC also has a 44 piece Spring collection of everything from tank tops, billowy tops, and white linen rompers to floor-length gowns, which she hopes to have in specialty and department stores.

2Wasn't she an intern just last year? Perhaps she jumped the gun on designing her own line.
3I wish I could be on a TV show so I can be a "fashion designer". Seriously, there's nothing new or fabulous about that. Looks like mass produced clothing you can buy anywhere.
4i love LC, and i can really say that her efforts are paying off.. i give her credit for being creative. at least she's doing something that she loves and on something that she's good at... not trying to be someone she's not... like being a wanna-be SINGER or ACTRESS.. you know who i mean!
