Nelly looks so pretty in that dress, but the hair color has to go. She looks ten times better with dark hair. :)
I don't REALLY mind the blonde. Change is always good. But she does look better dark. That dress looks really nice on her, her skin and hair make it look very tropical, exotic. Pretty.
I hate her hair color. It does not look good on her. She was much prettier with dark hair.
Why does she want to be a blonde? She has olive skin tone, and should stick to darker hair color.
